Hi to All Participating artists!
Some of you have been involved in past Gelato! Art Salon events @ The Walworth Loft, for some of you it's the first time. To make the evening run smoothly and successfully here 's a run down of how we organize the show - what's needed and when. If we all follow this protocol it will be an amazing event with minimal tech situations.
It is a grassroots communal effort. We don't have budget to speak of, so we rely on the goodness of all participating artists to contribute something, including money for wine and food. We usually ask for a participation fee to cover production supplies of food and wine, of around 10-15$ but we are waiving it for this show.
These are supplies we will need for the show, please bring what you can on this list and tell me me what you are able to bring so I can check it off and make a count of what we have.
